Felipe Zanforlin Mautner

Hello! My name is Felipe and I’m a senior at Carnegie Mellon University studying Computer Science with a Machine Learning concentration and a Mathematics minor. I am enthusiastic about Computer Vision and everything Machine Learning, especially RL.

I’m currently looking for a role in Software Engineering to take on upon my graduation in May 2025.

I’m passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and am particularly interested in the intersection of computer vision and robotics. My academic journey at CMU has provided me with a strong foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications of AI, CV, and CS in general.

Throughout my studies and professional experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to work on various projects that have honed my skills in software development, data analysis, and algorithm design. I’m always eager to learn new technologies, and I enjoy the challenge of shaping academic concepts into real world solutions. Check out my projects page where I showcase some of these skills!

During my off hours, I like to use my photography as an excuse to walk around Pittsburgh. I’m also a big soccer (futebol) fan and always happy to play pickup!
